beating until smooth.\u00a0 Add eggs and egg yolks, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.\u00a0 Stir in whipping cream and lemon rind.\u00a0 Pour in crust.\u00a0 Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.\u00a0 Bake at 350 degrees on lower oven rack 10 minutes.\u00a0 Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until almost set.\u00a0 Cool on wire rack 1 hour.\u00a0 Stir together sour cream and 1\/3 cup sugar; spread over cheesecake.\u00a0 Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.\u00a0 Cool on a wire rack.\u00a0 Cover and chill 8 hours.\u00a0 Remove sides of pan.\u00a0 Garnish with pralines, if desired.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pralines:<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup firmly packed light brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup sugar<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup half-and \u2013half<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons butter<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd teaspoons vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>Butter bottom of a heavy 3-quart saucepan.\u00a0 Cook brown sugar and next 3 ingredients in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugars dissolve; stir in pecans.\u00a0 Bring to a boil over medium heat, cook, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until a candy thermometer registers 238 degrees (soft ball stage).\u00a0 Remove from heat.\u00a0 Stir in vanilla;
